Builds & PlaystylePermalink to this section
The Fang-Piercer Dagger is the standard Rare dagger — Combat Value 300 and a clean 23 Attack with no modifier. It is the workhorse of the Dagger route’s mid-level stretch: everything the Shadowstrix burst loop needs and nothing it doesn’t. The catch is that its sibling at the same rarity, the Venomfang Dagger (29 Attack, +4% Physical Damage), is strictly stronger, so the Fang-Piercer is what you settle for until the modifier-carrying daggers drop.
- Where it sits: the second rung of the Dagger ladder (CV 300) — above the Common Carved Dagger, below the Epic Gem Lizard Dagger (35 Attack, +6% Physical Damage).
- When to use it: the leveling-to-midgame stretch, while you learn the stealth-burst rotation from the Shadowstrix build.
- When to swap: when the Venomfang Dagger or a better-tier dagger drops — within the Rare tier itself, the Fang-Piercer is already the budget option.
Community note: no launch list ranks individual daggers; the Fang-Piercer’s role is inferred from the family’s stat sheet rather than any guide. That is a community reading of the data, not an official ranking.
