The Javelin Scout (Unique) is the strangest entry in the weapon database: the only javelin in the game, tagged to the Blackarrow, with a stat sheet that contradicts its own rarity. It is Holy quality with 40 Attack — tied for the highest Attack in the database — yet the table lists a Combat Value of 60, where every other Holy weapon sits at CV 700. Players read that Combat Value as a data artifact and evaluate the Scout by its Attack instead.
- Where it sits: outside every normal ladder — it is the sole entry in the javelin family, and its rarity and Attack say top-tier while its CV says bottom-tier.
- When to use it: if you ever acquire one, treat it as a Holy-tier weapon; the 40 Attack is real even if the Combat Value is not.
- When to swap: only for a better socketed copy — there is nothing else in the family to compare against.
