The Skullcrusher is the Legendary peak of the hammer line, and it shares a name with the Mercenary’s own Skullcrusher weapon skill — a coincidence that has made it the flavor pick of the family. At 40 Attack and Combat Value 600 it is also, statistically, the ceiling of what the Hammer build bruiser route needs; the build guide lists it as one of the branch’s gear examples.

• Where it sits: the second-highest rung of the hammer ladder — above the Obsidian Sledgehammer (Epic, CV 500), below the Holy Insatiable Heart - Demolisher (CV 700).
• When to use it: the committed endgame, where the charged Super Armor loop wants maximum damage per swing.
• When to swap: only if a Holy hammer drops — there is a single tier above Legendary in the current database.

Community note: the database lists the Skullcrusher as a 51.4% Flesheater and General Harald drop, an unusually high rate for a Legendary that players quietly flag as likely a data artifact rather than the intended farm. That is a community observation, not an official statement.
